1. Fig Tea
Ingredients:

  • Some candy

4. Aloe Tea
Ingredients:

  • Aloe leaves
  • Candy or Honey
Procedure:
  • First wash aloe leaves and cut their stings and pit into pot by slicing. Boil leaves until they become yellow.
  • Add honey or candy as per your choice or cook it with spareribs.
Effect: Best for intestines and stomach.

5. Sugarcane and red radish juice
Ingredients:

  • 1 red radish
  • 1 sugarcane
Procedure:
  • Slice red radish and sugarcane into pieces.
  • Put them into pot and boil together.
Effect: Help in digestion process and clean intestines.
