Cabbage Soup Diet 7-Day Diet Plan - Lose Weight Fast and Easy

This diet soup is based on a fat-burning soup which include negligible calories. You lose more weight if you eat more soup. It let people to drink as much soup as they desire each day. You can lose up to 10-15 pounds by taking as much as cabbage soup you desire for seven days. You can vary the recipe but must include low calorie vegetables like cabbage, tomatoes, and onions flavored with tomato juice, onion soup mix and bouillon. On every day specific foods must be eaten including fruit juice, potatoes, vegetables and on one day beef.

1st Day:
  • Only eat fruits except banana.
  • Drink unsweetened black coffee, tea, water and cranberry juice.
  • Drink as much soup as you desire.
2nd Day:
All raw, fresh or cooked vegetables you like. Don’t go for peas, dry beans and sweet corn. For dinner you can use big bakes potato with butter. Drink as much soup as you like but no fruits for day two.
3rd day:
Combine day one and two, eat lots of vegetables and fruits and soup you desire but no bakes potato todays.
4th Day:
Drink as many glasses of skim milk and eat as many as eight bananas you would like with your soup. This lessens your craving for sweets.
5th Day:
On day five you may have 300-500g (10-20 ounces) of beef and a up to six or big tin fresh tomatoes. To wash uric acid from your body drink minimum 6-8 glasses of water. At least once in a day eat your soup. You can eat baked or boiled chicken (skinless) instead of beef. Also you can replace beef with broiled fish.
6th Day:
Have vegetables and beef for this day. Even you can eat 2-3 steaks if you desire with fresh salad or vegetables. Take your soup at least once and no baked potato today.
7th Day:
Eat whatever you want of unsweetened fruit juices, brown rice and vegetables. No alcohol, bread, or carbonated beverages. Even don’t drink diet soda. Just eat your soup at least once today.
