Diet According to Your Blood Type

Blood type diet is specifically created to enhance the digestion process and help in losing weight according to your type of blood.

Mainly there are four types of blood group and every type has a different diet to follow. To follow the proper diet you must know your blood group i.e. A, B, AB, or O.

A - Blood Type Diet
Food to Eat: A vegetarian approach should be followed bye these people. They should eat legumes, tofu, beans, vegetables, fruit, and grains. Soy foods, vegetable oils and pineapples will help to lose weight.
Food to Avoid: Kidney beans, meat, lima beans, dairy, and wheat.
Exercise to Do: Yoga is best choice for you. It helps you in reducing stress as well as weight. Tai chi is also best for type A blood people.


B - Blood Type Diet
Food to Eat: these people are more balanced omnivore. They can consume dairy, beans, grains, vegetables, legumes, fruit and meat but no chicken. Greens, eggs, licorice, venison, liver and tea are best fir weight loss.
Food to Avoid: Seeds, corn, lentils, peanuts, sesame, wheat, buckwheat.
Exercise to Do: Tai chi is also best for type B blood people.

AB - Blood Type Diet
Food to Eat: You should follow mixed diet. That means you should eat seafood, meat, tofu, dairy, fruits, vegetables, legumes, and grains. To lose weight you have to eat lots of seafood, tofu, pineapple, dairy, greens and kelp.
Food to Avoid: Lima beans, red meat, kidney beans, corn, buck wheat, and seeds.
Exercise to Do: Tai chi is also best for type AB blood people.


O - Blood Type Diet
Food to Eat: People in this category are high protein meat eaters. They are allowed to eat fish, meat, fruit and vegetables. Just control your intake of beans, legumes and grains. Seafood, kelp, red meat, salt, spinach, kale and broccoli are best for weight loss.
Food to Avoid: Kidney beans, wheat, navy beans, corn, lentils, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, oranges, avocados, and mustard greens.
Exercise to Do: Best exercise for Type O is physical exercise. It includes running, weight lifting, biking, swimming, and aerobics. Exercise near about 2-3 times a week if you are a beginner.
