Enough has been said about the ill factors associated with overweight issue. This is certainly the most troublesome issue which leads to the development of many health problems. If you consider being overweight as the most critical issue which affects your health then you are wrong in your approach. What is even worse than this is bearing a big fat tummy. Belly fat is a much more critical issue than overweight problem.
